Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Your registration data is protected by log in access. The log in access has controls to prevent autonomous log in attempts

Members rights are restricted to their own user administration page and members cannot view the user information of other users.
Viewers of the site can view the name you used on the comments you have made.
Administrators assigned to moderate and administer the forum can see your contact details, username and email address but cannot see you password.
The site is hosted as an SSL site which means any data is encrypted before transmission.
What data breach procedures we have in place
We only record the name and email address you used to register as a member of the forum. As such a data breach could only expose that name and email address. No other personal information is recorded.
In the event that we are alerted to a data breach we will investigate the source of the breach and inform all registered users of the occurrence.
